Facility Use

To all of our Members & Friends who use the UUCF Buildings & Grounds:

As our congregation grows and we have more groups/organizations/clubs using the facility somethings to keep in mind:

1. If, to suit your needs, you need to move furniture around and/or add or remove tables and chairs. It is your responsibility to return the room(s) to its previous configuration. This includes tables and chairs being returned to the area you found them.

2. If there is food/snacks/drinks being consumed it is your responsibility to clean up before you leave. This includes returning any kitchen items to the kitchen, sweeping and or mopping (as required) and properly disposing of left-over food stuffs by removing trash bags that contain and food items (think mice and ants) and taking those to the dumpster. Please also, as needed, wipe down tables/chairs. Paper towels are available at the hand sink in the kitchen and each room has a broom and dustpan. Mops are in the kitchen.

3. Curtains/blinds should be returned to ½ open (just above center crossbar). Also any windows that you open must be closed and latched. This prolongs the life of our windows and assures facility security.

4. In summation, as a consideration to the next to use our facility, if you move it, put it back. If you make a mess clean it up.

5. As you should be aware, we have limited space, limited storage, limited funds and, to a point, limited staff availability.
