Worship Associate Application

Application for the
Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Frederick
Worship Associate Program
In the spring of 2005, when faced with a major change in the ministerial
presence at the UUCF, we embarked on a new program to provide selected
members of our congregation with opportunities to enter the pulpit and to
work with the minister in planning and leading worship. The positive
reception from the congregation for the Worship Associates Program has
been gratifying; so much so, that we would like to grow this program by
extending an invitation to interested individuals in our congregation.
This application, adapted from the "Building a Worship Associates Program"
handbook, allows the minister and current Worship Associates to get to
know interested individuals a little better. There are no "right" or
"wrong" answers! Please take some time to think about the questions.
Ponder the questions. With reflection, your answers are likely to become
deeper. Feel free to add extra pages with your answers, if needed.
We look forward to hearing from you!
Sincerely,
Worship Associates Committee
Application for the
Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Frederick
