Pastoral Care Associates

The mission of the Pastoral Care Associates is to organize teams to provide the following services to church members and friends: visit the ill at home or in the hospital; visit those in long term care facilities; support those going through crises; support those involved in care giving; coordinate meals, transportation and or contact for those in need; provide referrals to appropriate agencies.

The Pastoral Care Associate teams work closely with the Minister and Parish Nurse to provide care and comfort to those in need.
